Hello Talents,

With the Gadgets and Gears PDF out, we're waiting on two final milestone marker stretch goals - the digital and mobile wallpaper - plus the eventual release of the crowdfunded hardcover Trinity Continuum Player's Guide. Onyx Path's print schedule is still be sorted - books are being printed, but there are a bunch to get through.

So, I don't have any new info for you this month, but I do have info about where you can get more info...


A great place to learn more about pending and future Trinity Continuum projects is Onyx Path's annual Virtual Gaming Convention! In just over two weeks, Onyx Path will be running their online convention - FRIDAY JUNE 5 to SUNDAY JUNE 7.


As noted, all panels will be streaming on Onyx Path's Twitch channel running Friday June 5 - Sunday June 7, and Actual Plays will be streaming at Plastic Age Plays channel. 

If you want information on current and possible future Trinity Continuum projects, I'd suggest checking out:

Hello Talents,

First up, thanks to everyone's feedback, last month's Stretch Goal reward - the Gadgets and Gear supplement - has been finalized and released on DriveThruRPG. If this was on your list or rewards and you downloaded it last month when the backer PDF went out, you can find the updated version in your DriveThru digital library and re-download at any time.

If it was on your list of rewards and you didn't download it last month when the backer PDF came out, you can find your redemption link in your Backerkit Digital Rewards Page.

And if it wasn't on your list of rewards at all and you're interested, it's now available from DriveThruRPG in PDF and print: Gadgets and Gear for the Trinity Continuum!

Pending Projects


We're still in a print/production holding pattern, circling overhead as the Onyx Path team figures out how to build out their print schedule. They've successfully completed production and fulfillment with their new printing and distribution partners, so there's a process template to apply as they go forward, and a few projects have already joined the queue, but not this one just yet.

So, I'll continue to monitor and ask about our pending Stretch Goal milestone markers and share info with you once a month. It's not very exciting, but I want you to know that I'm at least paying attention and checking in with the Onyx Path crew and reading Rich's Monday Meeting Notes so nothing will be forgotten or sneak by.

While Onyx Path continues to sort through their print/manufacturing schedule, they're still working hard at getting us our Stretch Goal rewards. In fact, remember this one from the campaign?

Reward Distribution: TRINITY CONTINUUM: GADGETS AND GEARS Backer PDF



Talents in Trinity Continuum are capable of amazing feats of super-science. Through advanced application of Medicine, Science, or Technology, Talents can push their inventions beyond the boundaries of modern knowledge. Whether crafting serums and drugs to enhance themselves, cloning or engineering creatures to aid their heroic tasks, or constructing devices to augment their capabilities, scientifically inclined Talents take their fields of study to new horizons.

Trinity Continuum: Gadgets and Gears expands and streamlines the rules for super-science, making it easier for Storyguides and players to create Inventions for use in their games. In addition to the new rules, this book provides examples of the new rules being used and a collection of new gear ready to be used in any Trinity Continuum game. Furthermore, this book introduces Advanced Gifts, which allow Talents to access new heights of power!

Trinity Continuum: Gadgets and Gears includes:
  • Updated and streamlined rules for super-science
  • Over 30 new Inventions including compounds, devices, organisms, and Artifacts
  • Over 30 Advanced Gifts, expanding the boundaries of possibility for Talents in the Trinity Continuum

BACKER PDF VERSION

This is the first version of the Trinity Continuum: Gadgets and Gears to be released. The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.

With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the TCGG Feedback Form!

Onyx Path will be launching a special Trinity Continuum Gadgets and Gears Feedback Form, which you will be able to access here: https://forms.gle/eU3AixpSsLbFMfP4A


They are aware of any Page XX notations - those are left in to replace for the final version once any changes you've suggested are made, so they can reference the correct page if any shifts in layout result.

Onyx Path will keep errata collection open for the next week. Please submit your feedback as soon as possible so the team can get on to finalizing this file - and working on our print version as well!

They won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form.

After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), they will prepare an updated final version of the book and you will receive a notice from Drivethru that you can re-download your file with the latest version.

You've already made the book a reality with your Crowdfunding support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.

Onyx Path has finished up their first book with their new printer and are now working out the schedule needed to clear the backlog of projects. It won't happen quickly, but it will happen and I'll keep you updated as new information comes out.

Right off the top, no big news, but I've got a brand new piece of art from our Stretch Goal supplement. So check that out!

Pending Projects


Artwork is coming in for our Stretch Goal supplement, so hopefully it'll advance to layout within the next few updates. Our hardcover book rewards are still in Onyx Path's catch-up print queue. Their first book with their new printing partner has gone well, so now the Onyx Path crew knows the ins and outs of that process. Of course, there seems to be a new layer of grumpy tariffs to navigate, so it remains to be seen when these will be added to the print schedule, but the team is working on sorting that all out.

The World Below: Buried Treasures



The World Below is a game of adversity, heroism, terror, and awe. Your characters will overcome or be defeated by terrible beasts, environmental calamities, and Kaos storms ravaging their surroundings and the souls they encounter. They will chart their journeys, chronicle their tales, and pass their stories down to their descendants, who will, in turn, become your characters when your old ones perish or retire.

January 2026 Monthly Update

Hello Talents,

Looking at December's monthly update, 2025 was a pretty good year for Trinity Continuum releases. This year looks to be all right as well! There are still a handful of supplements to come from a couple of crowdfunding projects - like the Gear & Gifts - and additonal material to support some of the Eras like TC: Aberrant and TC: Aether in various stages of development!

But let's get back to our rewards. The biggest hurdle has been print production.  Onyx Path had some real challenges with previous print partners over the past 18-months and had to investigate new avenues for production. They've found a new partner and are currently in the process of printing their first book with them now. It seems to be going well, and the foundation is being built to get their print schedule slowly lined up beyond this first test.
 
So, it'll be a while before we know how the print schedule shakes out and when we can start planning for distribution of our book and screen. I'll keep you updated as new info comes out.

In the meantime, I'll conitnue to monitor Onyx Path's weekly status reports and see if we can get some dots filled in.

For the Gear & Gifts supplement, I think we've still got a bit of a wait for that one. Some other Trinity Continuum projects have had artist rotations and re-assignments as avilability and reliability have shifted, and that's affected other projects in the queue. So I think it'll be a bit before we see dots filling in for layout and proofing before the reward is distributed to us.  For these wallpapers, I think they'll just appear one day. These are usually based on the artwork from a Storyguide Screen, though they have different dimensions and formatting, so may pop up at different times. Really, it's just about finding the time to do hammer them together, and when the Onxy Path crew find that moment, hese should come together quickly.
